Recent emergency responses to both man-made and natural disasters reveals the need for a cohesive national, state, and local system of skilled workers ready to serve and assist in responder operations.

It is our desire to create a system to mobilize a local and skilled workforce. We are currently seeking to identify, train, certify, register, and integrate skilled workers into disaster preparedness and response activities, as well as provide training of workers in health and safety procedures to assist animal rescue, recovery, and cleanup activities.
